Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: You can cancel your order free of charge within 72 hours of placing it. Please contact customer service with your reason for cancellation, and we will process it promptly.

Q: Are there additional charges based on size?
A: For orders from customers weighing 70 kg or more, an additional 5% fee will be applied to the dress price. Currently, this cannot be processed directly through the website, so please contact us via email at support@zrdream.jp.

Q: Can I pay in installments?

A: After your order is confirmed, production takes approximately 7–9 weeks.

A: Yes, we do. Shipping fees and customs duties vary by country, so please inquire in advance.

A: We ship via Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, Japan Post, or DHL.

 

About Returns and Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Custom-made wedding dresses cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: What should I do if the size doesn’t fit?
A: Please ensure your height and other details are entered correctly when placing your order. The dress features a lace-up back design, which can accommodate weight fluctuations of approximately 2–3 kg.

Q: Can I try on dresses at a physical store?
A: Currently, we only operate as an online store.

Q: Do you offer dress rentals?
A: At the moment, we do not offer rental services.
